(Pdsize) Sets the point size for all existing and future points in the drawing IF point mode (Pdmode) is not set to 0 or 1.
If set to 0, it creates a point at 5 percent of the drawing area height.
If value is > 0, it specifies an absolute size.
If value is < 0, it specifies a percentage of the viewport size.
